常见问题：
1. 提交时，需登录并使用固定格式来提交信息吗？
无需登录，可以直接提交信息。
2. 一张表格可以提交几份活动信息？
一张表格只能包涵一个活动项目。如果有多个活动需要递交，需分开表格提交。
3. 如果递交的活动信息有误，可以撤回修改吗？
不可以。请在确认前，确保您所递交的信息准确无误。如需要更改信息，请联系bianji@jingkids.com
4. 为什么我在网站上找不到表格？
该表格没有在网站公开发布，需凭活动访问链接登入。
5. 一次可以提交几张照片？
最多5张高分辨率的照片，每张不超于4MB。.jpg, .gif, and .png.的照片格式均可。
6. 我们的活动在微信公众号上已经发布，是否可以直接递交相关二维码？
可以，请在上传二维码时配以说明。
7. 照片命名有要求吗？
请按照如下格式保存照片：学校／组织名称-活动主题、简报，和／或新闻事件。例如：Event-bjk&jk-2017BISE.jpg 或 School news—bjk&jk-2017BISE.jpg 或Circuit–bjk&jk-2017BISE.jpg

Let us know if you have a family-friendly event that takes place between the period specified in the reminder email. All events uploaded to our website and submitted using the Magazine and Website Events form by the print deadline are automatically considered (but not guaranteed) for the magazine.
School News
This section features forthcoming events or other news that is of interest to the school and education community, such as fairs, workshops, performances, staff changes, student achievements, among others. The submission should include the event title, number values and thorough descriptions with the following information: exact date, location, person(s) present (if applicable) and activities undertaken. Include both horizontal and vertical photos.

This section features three of the best children photos of a recent school event/activity. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING MAGAZINE INFO SUBMISSION
Do I need to go to jingkids.com website to submit information using the forms?
You can send information without logging in on the website, just fill in the forms.
How many submissions can the forms accommodate?
You can submit only one item at a time. If you intend to send more items, you should fill out a new form. You will be prompted after you submit an item.
I made errors in the form that I submitted. Can I still edit it?
No, so make sure all the information you submit is accurate. If you have any last minute change, please email bianji@jingkids.com
Why can’t I find the forms in the website?
The forms are not published on the website but can be accessed by anyone who has the web link.
How many photos can I submit?
Maximum of 5 high-res photos, with each not exceeding 4MB. Allowed file types are .jpg, .gif, and .png.
Our event/activity can be viewed on WeChat. Can I submit a QR code?
Yes, we like to add your QR codes! Just make sure you indicate it in the photo upload.
How do I name our photos?
Kindly save the photos using this format: Event/School news/Circuit-school/organization name – the title of the event, circuit, and/or news item
e.g.: Event-bjk&jk-2017BISE.jpg 或 School news—bjk&jk-2017BISE.jpg 或Circuit–bjk&jk-2017BISE.jpg
***By saving your photos in the correct format can help us categorize them properly, so that no mix-ups will happen.
